If the reports doing the rounds in the industry are to be believed, Superstar Rajinikanth will be playing a cameo role in Kamal Haasan’s upcoming film ‘Uthama Villain’. If sources are to be believed, Rajinikanth will appear in a video conferencing scene in the film. However, there is no official confirmation from the team yet.
Directed by Ramesh Aravind "Uthama Villain" will have Kamal appearing in dual roles - as an 8th century drama actor named Uttaman and a 21st century film star called Manoranjan. The film also has Andrea, Pooja Kumar, Parvathy Menon, director K Balachander, Jayaram and Nassar in important roles.The film's story and screenplay is written by Kamal, while Ramesh directs it. It's music was composed by Ghibran, whereas editing is done by Vijai Sankar.
